1. How do we get the use of workers from Tempo Staffing? Then Tempo Staffing will present to you a quote for these workers. You will be required to have acceptable credit. You agree to keep our workers as safe as possible, only use them to perform the job descriptions we quote and take supervisor responsibility for them while at your site. 2. Who insures and pays the workers? Tempo Staffing provides Workers' Compensation Insurance. Tempo Staffing pays Unemployment Tax. Tempo Staffing takes care of all payroll matters and taxes. Tempo Staffing requires a minimum of 4 hours per worker, pays plus invoices for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate after 40 hours per worker. Sundays and holidays in most cases are 1.5 times the base rate. 3. How do the worker's get to and from the job site? Most of our workers are available because they do not have their own transportation thus we provide appropriate transportation to and from the job site. This may utilize our van pool, a car pool or public transportation. 4. Whose employees are these workers? Tempo Staffing is the employer and you as a customer are responsible for their care and supervision while on your site. 5. How do I get invoiced? Tempo Staffing will invoice at the end of each week for all work done that week. You will receive a copy of all signed time sheets to compare with the copies you keep at the end of each week. Our normal terms are net 30 days. 6. How much notice do you need to supply workers once we agree to our quote and the credit is checked? (Established Accounts).
